Bedrijven krijgen de mogelijkheid om de ruim <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2018\/01\/31\/whatsapp-hits-1-5-billion-monthly-users-19b-not-so-bad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s2\">1,5 miljard gebruikers van WhatsApp<\/span><\/a> te bereiken met advertenties.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Adverteren op WhatsApp begint langzaam, maar zeker<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Er is nog geen duidelijke datum waarop adverteren op WhatsApp mogelijk wordt. Wat wel duidelijk is, is dat het geleidelijk begint met de mogelijkheid om reclames en gesponsorde updates te laten zien in de Status-functie. Deze functie is te vinden linksonder het WhatsApp venster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">De Status-functie lijkt veel op de <a href=\"https:\/\/join.marketing\/nl\/2019\/instagram-stories-voor-online-conversie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram Stories-functie<\/a>. Video\u2019s, tekst en afbeeldingen die hier worden ge\u00fcpload, blijven maximaal 24 uur in de lucht. De chatgesprekken blijven voorlopig reclame-vrij.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Voordelen van adverteren op WhatsApp <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Een groot voordeel van adverteren op WhatsApp is dat het een van de meest directe, persoonlijke en makkelijke kanalen is om iemand te bereiken, waar dan ook ter wereld. Veel bedrijven gebruiken WhatsApp om contact te onderhouden met hun klanten, om bestellingen op te nemen en klachten of problemen van klanten op te lossen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Doordat WhatsApp zo persoonlijk is, kunnen bedrijven met de juiste advertenties een sterke betrokkenheid opbouwen met hun (potenti\u00eble) klanten. Zo kan er beter worden ingespeeld op de behoeften van de consument. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Bovendien is het een snel medium. Binnen enkele minuten kun je vragen van klanten beantwoorden en ze helpen met hun bestelling. Dit levert een topkwaliteit klantenservice op.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>De toekomst van adverteren op WhatsApp<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">WhatsApp is een veel intiemer medium dan Instagram of Facebook. Mensen gebruiken het voor persoonlijke chats met hun familie, vrienden en geliefden. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Aangezien WhatsApp een medium is dat vooral voor priv\u00e9-doeleinden wordt gebruikt, zitten de meeste mensen niet te springen om advertenties in hun groepsgesprekken. Voorlopig zal adverteren daarom alleen mogelijk zijn in de Status-functie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Er is wel een kans dat advertenties in de toekomst ook in andere functies mogelijk worden. Instagram heeft immers ook steeds meer gesponsorde posts gekregen, zowel in de persoonlijke feed als in de Stories. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Het is belangrijk dat bedrijven oppassen dat ze de persoonlijke communicatie met hun klanten via WhatsApp niet besmetten met reclames. Bedrijven die willen adverteren op WhatsApp, moeten een goede balans daarin vinden. WhatsApp advertenties worden daarom waarschijnlijk nog meer gepersonaliseerd en interactief.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Conclusie<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Op dit moment is het nog niet mogelijk om te adverteren op WhatsApp. Dit gaat hoogstwaarschijnlijk in de loop van 2019 veranderen. Advertenties worden in het begin subtiel ingezet in de Status-functie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">WhatsApp is een medium dat vooral voor priv\u00e9-doeleinden wordt gebruikt. Om een succesvolle marketing campagne op WhatsApp te voeren, is het daarom belangrijk om klanten niet te bombarderen met advertenties.
